Job Description
We are looking for an all-round star player that will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Responsibility:
Ø To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters.
Ø To assist in daily operations, including consolidate receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into accounting system.
Ø To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate and complete.
Ø To prepare audit schedules and GST returns for submission.
Ø To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, inter-company reconciliation, production & logistic etc.).
Ø To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
Ø Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Qualifications:
Ø Degree in Accounts/Finance
