Job Description :

• Purchase / Sales bills verification

• Turnover projections vs actuals, monthly revenue bills and booking.

• Receivables and payables updated statements.

• Over all Mis Operations

• Advanced Knowledge in Tally

• Legal compliance - Ensuring legal compliance in following maters is ensured and where required closely coordinating with auditors, company secretary and external consultants.

• GST computations and returns filing for various registrations including for ISD and TCS related registrations - GSTR1/GSTR2A/GSTR3B/GSTR6/GSTR8

• TDS computations and returns.

• ROC - ensuring full compliance of ROC related matters.

• ESI/PF computations and returns.

• income tax - Preparing advance tax computations, return and filing finance and working capital.

• Liasioning with banks for maintaining and regular enhancements of working capital limits preparing projections and provisions etc.

• keeping a check on various bank charges and interest deductions

• liasioning with various government departments such as income tax, Customs, GST, etc as when required.

• Audit - Engage with statutory auditors for conducting audits for preparing, Assisting and finalising the balance sheets.

• implementing robust systems in place to ensure smooth functioning of team and efficient management of accounts documentations.

• updating and implementing latest technological solutions to enhance productivity.

• Maintaining all aspects of accounts - Invoicing, purchases, bank reconciliations, expenses, taxation, inter branch transfers, etc.
