MBA from well-known Management & Business schools/ institutes within India

Demonstrably good academic record and any project experience gained while learning is an additional plus.

Any certifications complementing your learning including technology skills and basic proficiency working with MS-Office suite of applications.

Experience:

Technical Excellence :

Perform basic investment operations tasks including processing of transactions, filling forms, basic accounting operations, updating key client information, addressing queries etc.

Checking for completeness requirements and review of key operational aspects in the assigned process.

Ensure process steps, checklists and controls are rigorously adhered to the best practices governing the process.

Communicate and engage with key stakeholders including Deal and Client Service teams, other Middle & Back Office teams for efficient client-servicing and documentation requirements.

Analyse key inputs into and out of the investment operations process; take appropriate decisions based on the process steps and operating procedures and immediately highlight issues before they become critical.

Support managerial team with the required information and data in the form of reports and dashboards whenever required in the appropriate format.

Make sure day-to-day deliverables are met without introducing any new risks while performing them.

Use your analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and help resolve issues that may arise in day-to-day tasks.
