Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing product support to client queries and requests.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and work orders.

Monitor and indulge in Trend analysis of the systems.

Assist the Onboarding/ Implementations Teams.

Qualifications: 

Entry level role: Freshers to 1 years of Experience 

Requirements:  Excellent written and oral communication skills
