Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the HR database, overseeing recruitment, coordinating payroll, and fostering employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role

• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases/ software

Employee Engagement:

•Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment

• Assist with the planning and execution of company events and activities 

• Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

• Maintain and update the HR database to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information

•Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies

Generate regular reports for management as required 

Recruitment:

• Manage the recruitment process - creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and screening resumes

• Schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background checks

• Coordinate the offer process and onboarding of new employees Payroll Coordination:

• Coordinate the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and

regulations 

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
