Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Raise invoices for clients and ensure prompt payment of accounts receivable.
3. Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
4. Process employee expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
5. Prepare and post general ledger entries related to accounts payable and receivable.
6. Monitor account balances, track aging reports, and perform collections activities when necessary.
